The Celli family has been in business in California since we immigrated here in the mid 1800’s from Lucca and Piedmont Italy. We had been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. It felt like it was time to get back to our roots and bring the old country to the San Ramon Valley. This is where we grew up it’s time to bring an upscale pizza home.

Family 1 To do this we imported two wood fired Stefano Ferrara ovens from Naples. These ovens can get up to 1100 degrees, but don’t worry we cook your pizza at 900 just like in Naples. We use 00 flour homemade mozzarella cheese and San Mariano tomatoes DOP. We import meats, cheese, and different seasonal flavors throughout the year. Try our organic salad bar, upscale teas, as well as locally brewed beer and the wine of the month. Don’t miss the big games on one of our 4 HD TV’s.
